It has truly been the season to be jolly, to party and to stuff our faces with as many pigs in blankets as possible amirite!
*Our health and skin can take a real knock with the cold, dry weather stripping our skin of its natural oils and goodness; plus all the partying and endless Christmassy temptations don’t really help. Most of us are probably suffering with dryer, more dehydrated skin than usual, I know I am, and I know all too well that if your skins not great, you don’t feel too great.
Anyhow my skin has been crying out desperately for some attention lately, and so I’m going to give her a pamper. Having flaky, dull skin is definitely not glam when you want to feel fresh and motivated because it’s new year new you and all that jazz x.
I wanted to share 5 simple tips, in no particular order of importance, to get yourself glowing again in the New Year!
